You can order goods from Cosyrosy by telephone, post or by e-mail in addition to the on-line order system we have in place. If you are unfamiliar with or unhappy about ordering goods on-line please contact us by post or telephone. We will be delighted to assist you.

Placing your order on-line is simple.

When you have selected an item you would like to purchase, simply click on the buy now link and our shop facility will open in a new window. (This may take a few moments, depending on your connection speed.) You will then see a brief desription of the item again along with a picture. There may be a facility to select different colours or sizes, where you can click on the little down arrow and the available sizes/colours will be displayed, click on the one you want. Also will be a small box where you can select how many of the item you require. This will show 1, but if you require a different number, just type how many you want into this box.

Now click on the order button and your shoping cart will be displayed, showing the item you have selected. You may now proceed with the order by clicking the order button again, change the quantity or other detail by clicking the update button, or clear the item from your basket by clicking the bin symbol below the quantity.

You can also return to the main site by closing the shopping cart window and continue to browse. If you wish to add another item simply click on buy now and follow the above again. The second item will now be added to your shopping cart and you can again return to the main site or carry on with the purchase process as before.

To complete your purchase follow the simple steps to input your details. Please take care to provide the correct information and also a telephone number or e-mail where we can contact you if we need to.

You will be asked to select a payment method, either invoice or Paypal. If you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order select invoice, or if you wish to pay on-line select Paypal. The Paypal site is a secure independant payment agent where you can pay by credit or debit card. You do not need a Paypal account to use this facility.

If you select invoice, we will send you an invoice via e-mail with details of where you can send your cheque or postal order. If you select Paypal you will be directed to the Paypal site when you reach the payment stage of the order process. Here you can make a secure on-line payment by credit or debit card. Paypal will send you a confirmation of the transaction.
