Delivery to the UK and Ireland is free for orders with a total value of £50 or more. Below this level a charge of £3.50 will be made. On some selected items free delivery may be available if the order is for more than one item, even if the total is less than £50. We can deliver to Europe and the rest of the world but please contact us for details and a price.
We aim to dispatch stock items within 48 hours of your order and cleared payment, and delivery will normally be made to you within a further 3 days, but please allow 14 days for the delivery process to avoid dissapointment.
If an item is not available from stock we will inform you as soon as possible after receipt of your order with an anticipated delivery time. If this is not acceptable to you the order may be cancelled and any payment made with the order will be refunded in full.
Please note that some of the items shown on our site are not stock items, and these will have a note in their details estimating their delivery time.
Deliveries will normaly be made by postal services or by courier, at the discression of Cosyrosy. We normally require goods to be signed for on delivery.
If you require an item for a specific date and are concerned about delivery, please contact us and we will be able to make special arrangements. It is possible that any special delivery arrangements may incurr an additional charge.
Cosyrosy have selected Paypal as payment partners. Paypal is an independant company who offer a worldwide payment clearing service on line. The Paypal site is a secure enviornment and is completely seperate from the Cosyrosy site. Details of credit/debit cards entered on the Paypal site are not available to Cosyrosy.
Funds which you pay into the Paypal site are held securely until Cosyrosy withdraw them. It is our normal policy to leave clients funds in the Paypal account until we are ready to dispatch the goods which have been ordered. Paypal also offer a dispute resolution service for your added peace of mind.
If you prefer to pay by cheque or by postal order this is entirely acceptable. Cheques and Postal orders should be made payable to Bathzone.
Please allow 10 days for cheque to clear before your goods are dispatched.
